Hi, I’m Sam!
I’m a creative director, photographer and videographer who works across both lifestyle and branded content, with clients spanning across the food & beverage, beauty, fashion, and travel industries.
I pride myself in having an eye to pull out interesting textures or lighting in the everyday scene and often choose to build my content around this, with people at the centre - whether that’s a constructed concept in the studio or a lifestyle piece captured in the moment, in the heat of Singapore.
Whatever the situation or brief, you can also count on me for a good chinwag! Usually about the best new tech, practising French, where I’m travelling to soon or what cocktails I’m dreaming up for my next dinner party - something I’m told does wonders for helping my subjects feel at ease to bring out their best selves on camera!
As a creative director I have an instinctive read on what separates content that's good from content that's great, merging brand strategy with bold visual storytelling to build brand identities across Social and OOH campaigns.
With a past career history also spanning CGI, graphic design and motion graphics, this rounded experience not only allows me to dream up concepts, brief them, direct them or execute, but also understand what’s achievable within a set budget.
Recent work spans global brand campaigns, and long-form travel commissions across Europe, Asia, Australia and the Americas.
